"These are a couple of pics from my current favorite series, El Hazard. This series takes palce when a high school boy named Makoto is visited by a beautiful woman. This woman transports Makoto and a bunch of his aquaintances to the Magical World of El Hazard. Among those transported are Mr. Fujisawa, a drunken teacher at Makoto's high school, Jinnai, Makoto's worst enemy gets sent too, and Nanami, Jinnai's sister(she has a really big crush on Makoto)is a huge entrepeneur always looking to make a buck. This series is a seven part OAV and a TV program in Japan but AIC has released some of the tapes here in the U.S. This is a really cool series that I would strongly recommend. Long ago, a titanic war ended between 2 gods which split the land into two islands. One of them
is the island of Lodoss. The peace on Lodoss is being disrupted, and Parn decides to find out
why. Almost by accident, he forms a band to help on his quest. The band consists of: an elf, a
dwarf, a cleric, a wizard, a thief, and a warrior (Parn). The OAV series follows their
adventures. This series has a very heavy Role-Playing-Game(RPG) influence to it. This is a very long but incredible OAV series and I would suggest spending the time to watch it.
"Tenchi Muyo is an OAV&TV series devoted to telling the story of a young man(Tenchi) and the gorgeous women around him who try to win his heart. The main characters in this series are Tenchi, Washu, Sasami, Tsunami, Ryoko, Ayeka, Mihoshi, and Ryo-ohki. Tenchi is kinda a hard working quiet guy while all the rest of the characters are pretty outspoken. Washu, the mad scientist created Ryo-ohki the cabbit and Ryoko. Tenchi gets tied up in this whole mess because he is part of the Juraian Royal Family.(so are Ayeka and Sasami) Finally Mihoshi is the dumb blonde in the Galaxy Police. The only reason she got the position was because her granfather the Grand Marshall is in charge of the GP."
